What is the business hours of Parkson stores?

We’re open daily for business from 10am to 10pm, including public holidays.

There’s a security sensor tag attached to the item i have recently purchased from Parkson.

Visit any Parkson Customer Service counter to sign up for a BonusLink Card for free.

My Bonuslink Card is stolen/lost. What should I do now?

Please contact BonusLink Customer Service at 03-7626 1000 or visit www.bonuslink.com.my to apply for a replacement.

What are the benefits to be a BonusLink Card Member?

As a BonusLink Card Member, you can collect BonusLink Points at all Parkson stores. These poinnts may in return be redeemable for products and vouchers.

Can I redeem Parkson Discount Voucher and collect additional BonusLink Points during BonusLink Members’ Day Sale?

Yes, you can.

Will I get my BonusLink Points immediately after making a purchase?

It will take approximately 2 – 3 months for your points to be credited into your BonusLink Account.

How can I check my BonusLink Points balance?

You can check your BonusLink Points balance at any Parkson Customer Service counter or alternatively, you contact our Customer Service at 1300 88 0828, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm, excluding public holidays, or visit www.bonuslink.com.my to check your point balance.

What’#8217;s the Parkson-BonusLink Points Structure?

RM10 – RM299 is RM2 to 1 BonusLink Point
RM300 and above is RM1 to 1 BonusLink Point

Is there an expiry for my BonusLink Card?

There is no expiry for your BonusLink Card. However, your BonusLink Points collected has a validity period. Please check your BonusLink Card Statement for more details.

How much does it cost to sign up for a BonusLink Card Membership? Are there any annual membership fees?

BonusLink Membership is free and there are no annual membership fees.

Can I use my BonusLink Card concurrently with other Parkson loyalty card to earn points? U

nfortunately not.

Can I reinstate the BonusLink Points for my purchase if I do not have my BonusLink Card with me during shopping?

Yes. Please bring your receipt together with your BonusLink Card to a Parkson Customer Service counter to reinstate your points.

Can I collect BonusLink Points for purchases made with Parkson vouchers or Gift Card?

You can only collect BonusLink Points for purchases made with Parkson Gift Voucher or Gift Card only, excludes Parkson Discount Voucher and Parkson Promotional Voucher.

How can I make a redemption for products and vouchers with my BonusLink Points?

Please visit the most convenient Parkson store to you. Redemption can be made at the Customer Service counter, do remember to bring along your BonusLink Card

A total of 20,000 Maybank TreatsPoints entitles you to redeem one (1) piece RM50 Parkson Gift Voucher.

How and where can I redeem Parkson Gift Vouchers with my Maybank TreatsPoints?

You can redeem Parkson Gift Vouchers with your Maybank TreatPoints from your nearest Parkson store. Redemption can be made at our in-store Customer Service counter.

What is the validiy period of my Parkson Gift Vouchers redeemed with Maybank TreatsPoints?

The validity period is one (1) year from the date of issuance.

The Parkson Discount Voucher is usually issued in-store to customers on special promotion day(s) only. Every storewide purchase of RM150 and above entitles the customer to receive a free RM10 Parkson Discount Voucher. Some merchandise exclusion may apply, please visit us in-store for more details.

My Parkson Discount Voucher has expired, can I request for an extension?

Sorry to inform that the expiry date stamped on the Parkson Discount Voucher is final. Any request to extend the expiry date will not be entertained.

What is a Parkson Discount Voucher?

The Parkson Discount Voucher is a Pink colour voucher that usually comes in RM10 or RM50 denominations.

What is the validity of the Parkson Discount Voucher?

Parkson Gift Card balance can be checked from Cashier Counters or Customer Counters at any Parkson stores. Alternatively, you can check balance online here

Where can I purchase the Parkson Gift Card?

Parkson Gift Card can be purchased from Cashier Counters or Customer Service Counters at any Parkson stores. Can I top up the value of my Parkson Gift Card? At the moment, topping up the value of the Parkson Gift Card is not possible but it will be introduce in the near future. Can I collect BonusLink Points or Elite Card Points for purchases made with my Parkson Gift Card?

The Parkson Gift Card can be used simultaneously with the BonusLink Card or Parkson Elite Card.

What is the validity period of the Parkson Gift Card?

The Parkson Gift Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and any remaining balance on the card will be forfeited at the end of the expiry period.

Can I extend the validity period of my Parkson Gift Card if it is expired?

No extension or revalidation will be entertained for expired Parkson Gift Cards.

Can I collect BonusLink Points or Elite Card Points for the purchase of Parkson Gift Card?

The purchase of Parkson Gift Card does not entitle you to collect BonusLink Points or Elite Card Points.

Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGE & REFUND: How can I make an exchange or a refund for an item I have purchased from Parkson?

For Credit Card transactions:
Please bring the item along with your original receipt, credit card transaction receipt and credict card used for the purchase to your nearest Parkson Customer Service counter for assistance.

For Cash or Parkson Vouchers transactions:
Please bring the item along with your original receipt to your nearest Parkson Customer Service counter for assistance.

EXCHANGE & REFUND: Can I make an exchange or a refund for an item that I have purchased at another Parkson store?

Yes you may. Please visit a Parkson Customer Service counter convenient to you.

How will I be refunded for a refund of an item that I have purchased from Parkson?

For Credit Card transactions:
The amount will be refunded to your Credit Card account accordingly. Depending on your Credit Card issuing bank, it will take up to 30 working days to be reflected on your Credit Card statement/ account.

For Cash transactions:
The amount will be refunded to you in cash.

For Parkson Voucher transactions:
The amount will be refunded to you in the for of Parkson Vouchers.

EXCHANGE: Can I exchange for an item of a lower price?

Yes you may. The price difference will be returned to you accordingly in the form of original payment method (Cash, Credit Card or Parkson Vouchers).

EXCHANGE & REFUND: Can I make an exchange or a refund for an item that I have purchased from Parkson?

Yes you may. Item(s) purchased from Parkson stores or Parkson online can be exchanged or refunded within seven (7) days from the date of purchase as stated on the receipt.

Non-exchangeable and non-refundable items unless stated otherwise:-
Undergarments, electrical appliances, hampers, pillows, bolsters, bedsheets and accessories such as watches, jewelleries, earrings, necklaces.

EXCHANGE: Can I exchange for an item of a higher price?

Yes you may. The price difference can be paid via Cash, Credit Card or Parkson Vouchers.

EXCHANGE & REFUND: Can I make an exchange or a refund for an item that I have purchased from Parkson after seven (7) days from the date of purchase?

Please visit our Customer Service counter in-store or contact our Customer Service at 1300 88 0828, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm, excluding public holidays for assistance.

REFUND: The electrical appliance that I have purchased from Parkson is faulty, what can I do?

Please contact the manufacturer/ distributor or visit the manufacturer’s/ distributor’s service centre as stated on the Warranty Card for repairs or exchange.
